Returns Policy – General Returns

When you receive your order, if your purchase is not what you expected, you have the option of returning your items and we will send you a replacement item subject to the following conditions:

– The cost of the return postage is at the customer’s expense.
– The items must be returned in their entirety and in original condition within 7 days of receipt.
– This offer excludes reduced to clear items.
– If asking for a size change, postage back to the customer is at customer’s expense.

Reduced or sale items can not be returned or refunded if they are change of mind purchase.

Please do note return any items to Tightology without asking for a return slip. Items returned without a request will not be considered for refund or replacement.

If customers fail to pick up their online order items from the Post Office and these get returned to Tightology, we will deduct postage costs from the refund.

Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your return and refund request to be processed.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If for any reason your purchase arrives to you in less than perfect condition, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement and we will cover the cost of the return postage (please contact us for a reply paid address). The items ordered must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt.

We do not refund for claims on holes in toes or heels. We do not refund for goods damaged due to negligence or not adhering to correct sizing.

Please note colour variations occur due to colour conversions. We try the best we can to match the colour of the tights featured on our webshop. However, different screens will show the product colour differently and colour conversions will cause for the colour to be slightly different to the actual product.

Australia: Free shipping Australia wide with order over $50. Flat rate delivery of $8.5 with orders under AU$50. We send parcels via Australia Post. Please allow up to 7 working days for your delivery. Once the order has been dispatched the details will be emailed to you. Worlwide:
New Zealand: Free delivery with orders over AU$100. Flat rate delivery of AU$20 with orders under AU$100.
USA, Canada, UK and Europe: Free delivery with orders over AU$200. Flat rate delivery of AU$35 with orders under AU$200.
We send parcels via Australia Post registered service or Toll courier services. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. We may not be able to ship to some countries. Please email us to find out if Australia post delivers in your country. Please note that the prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply depending on the landing country. Tightology does not cover cost of duties and taxes outside Australia. Once the order has been dispatched the details will be emailed to you.
