Returns Policy - General Returns
When you receive your order, if your purchase is not what you expected, you have the option of returning your items and we will send you a replacement item subject to the following conditions:
- The cost of the return postage is at the customer's expense.
- The items must be returned in their entirety and in original condition within 7 days of receipt.
- This offer excludes reduced to clear items.
Reduced or sale items can not be returned or refunded if they are change of mind purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
Australia: Free shipping Australia wide with order over $40. Flat rate delivery of $6.5 with orders under AU$40. We send parcels via Australia Post. Please allow up to 7 working days for your delivery. Once the order has been dispatched the details will be emailed to you. Faulty or Damaged Products
If for any reason your purchase arrives to you in less than perfect condition, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement and we will cover the cost of the return postage (please contact us for a reply paid address). The items ordered must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt.
We do not refund for claims on holes in toes or heels. We do not refund for goods damaged due to negligence or not adhereing to correct sizing.
